Our exclusive one to one training sessions are the ultimate  way to get the results you want, and get them quickly.
We've been training people for over 20 years, and now you can have all that experience and knowledge in your corner on your journey of self improvement.
No more trying - and giving up in disappointment - all the 'guaranteed to work' programmes from websites and magazines.
No more guessing what you should or shouldn't be eating based on the latest industry or fad or Daily Mail scare story.
We'll give you proven eating plans, exercise protocols and programming adapted to suit your personal goals that are modified each session to suit your progress and improving fitness, skill and strength levels.


How does it work?

Simply select the package that suits you, and decide how many times per week you want to train with us (once per week is the minimum commitment). We'll send you Health and Goal Setting questionnaires, along with a detailed Training and Nutrition information pack. From there, all we ask from you is 100% commitment, and to trust in the process - we'll often ask you to do things you think you can't do, but we'll never ask you to do things you can't do. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can learn new skills, and change your body's shape and abilities with our expert guidance and support!

Our History

Since we opened our doors to the public, we've trained people ranging from SCI sufferers and stroke victims to national and Olympic level athletes. We've helped a man who thought he was wheelchair bound to walk again, we've taken a young athlete to the verge of the British Winter Olympics Team, and we've helped thousands of other people from all walks of life gain strength, lose bodyfat, improve endurance, and even give up smoking and drinking.
