Group Personal Training At Our Unique Private Functional Studio
If you'd like the benefits of Personal Training, but at a fraction of the cost, Group PT is definitely for you!
What's the difference between Group PT and a class?
We're glad you asked...
To use one of our favourite analogies, a class is like a bus ride: you have to start where they tell you to, and everyone has to take the same route, regardless of their final destination.
Personal Training is a chaueffeur driven limousine: it starts from where you are right now, and takes you exactly where you want to go, by the most efficient route.
So why do people go to classes?
Usually one of two reasons...because a class is cheaper than a one to one session, or because they enjoy the motivaton and energy that comes from training around other people.
Group Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds - the cost saving and group environment of a class, with the personalised programmes and nutritional guidance you (should) get from a one to one programme with a decent trainer or coach.
Sounds great, but how does it work exactly?
Simply select the Project above that best suits you - if you're not sure which one to choose, mail us and we'll happily talk you through the differences and help you decide.
Once you've signed up, you'll receive a Foundations Pack containing basic information, mind-set advice information, an exercise terminology guide, and nutritional information. You'll also receive goal setting and nutritional questionnaires to enable us to tailor your programmes and your nutrition plans to your goals and your liifestyle.
After that, you're all set to go.
Can I come in for a look around before I join?
Absolutely - in fact we'd be reluctant to let you join until you were happy that you liked the facility and the coaches, and that you have the right attitude to train with us. It's important that the group dynamic is positive and energetic - we don't let just anyone train here, we only want you to be around other good people with the right mindset and desire to change.
