Craig Gilkes RKC is a professional Personal Trainer, and Internationally qualified Russian Kettlebell Instructor & Strength Coach.
He is one of less than forty trainers in the United Kingdom certified as an RKC, and is one of a handful of independent trainers certified by The IFI to work with disabled clients. He is also a qualified Nutrition & Weight Management Consultant.
As well as working on a one to one basis with individual clients, Craig is the Strength & Conditioning Coach To 2008/9 Division 3 Champions Nuneaton RFC, and Barkers Butts RFC.
